Communications & Privacy Notice
By subscribing, you agree to receive communications from us via email and phone. All notices, disclosures, and agreements we send electronically are considered written. These communications may relate to your purchase or marketing. You can read our full privacy notice here
Subscription
After subscribing, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your subscription will automatically renew, and your credit card will be charged for future orders until you cancel. Follow-on bottles will be priced differently, as outlined at signup, and include delivery and VAT. You can cancel anytime via your account. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the price may vary. The discounted price for your first order is limited to one per dog.
Managing Your Subscription & Cancellations
Your subscription will remain active unless you cancel it. If you’ve already paid for an order before cancelling, it will still be dispatched as normal. You can pause or cancel your subscription by logging into your account, or by contacting us via phone or email.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Large Letter (letterbox friendly) or RM 48 Service. Tracking is provided in an order update email when the order is shipped.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
We aim for prompt delivery but are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Please wait 7 working days before reporting a missing shipment. Ensure your address is correct, as additional fees apply for reshipping due to errors. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a replacement.
Returns
Pouches can be returned if they are undamaged and unopened, but you must contact us first for return approval. Return postage is not covered, and you are responsible for the cost. We recommend using a tracked postal service. Once we receive the items, we will refund the value of the returned goods to your account.
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at our discretion. In such cases, you'll only be charged for shipped orders.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery normally within 3-5 business days.
Delivery is a flat fee of £3.99 on all UK orders. Orders under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail & orders over 2kg are shipped via DPD.
Xmas 2024 Delivery
Cutoff time for orders to be delivered by Christmas, orders should be placed by 1PM on 20/12/24.Orders placed after this time will be processed from Monday 23rd December.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns
