Returns Policy

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are undamaged and unopened, but you must contact us first for return approval. Please email us at bark@woofandbrew.com or call 08000 305075 to arrange this.

Return postage is not covered, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund for the value of the goods to your original payment method
